The campsite Polovnik is located in a beautiful park by the oldest known church in the Soča valley and is only five minutes walk far from the centre of Bovec, one of the nicest tourist places on the sunny side of the Alps. The layout of the campsite is a great advantage for the guests because they can reach all the attractions by foot: sport agencies (rafting, canyoning, kayak school, hydrospeed, mountain biking, paragliding, horseback riding, caving, climbing) tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, sport airport and other recreation activities. The nearest shop with groceries is just 50 metres away. The campsite also offers an excellent restaurant with a nice summer garden.

The beautiful natural surrounding, coupled with a rich historical and cultural heritage combine to provide a wide range of offering. From the ralaxation and admiration in natural sights, to more active holidays. Perhaps the crowning glory of our valley, next to beautiful mountains, is river Soča which never fails to entrapture its onlookers with its attractive emerald colour and pristine water. It is a true El-dorado for fishermen and other wild water sports enthusiasts.

The campsite accepts reservations only for groups with more than 15 persons.

The campsite is opened from 1st of April to 15th of October.
